With the conditions of the hospital, 6 beds isn't enough to treat enough patients in time to make the money required to pass. Making a certain amount of money is another thing.
Not losing patients was easy before, but now that there's like 5 coming in before I can finish one, makes it seem almost impossible not to lose any. The upgrades are very expensive, and this probably wouldn't be as much as a problem as it is if the level difficulty didn't skyrocket by level 20.
It's not possible for me to get enough money in time with the conditions the game forces you to be in. In the early stages, it's fun to play, however, I'm already stuck on level 21. I haven't been playing for a while, and I'm only on level 21.
